Requires: 1. Prospective buyer clients to show identification
Requires: 2. Signed Agency disclosure
Requires: 3. Signed Fair Housing Disclosure
Requires: 4. Pre-approval for a mortgage loan or proof of funds
Although Broker may not require certain information, a Seller of real estate may require this and additional information prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer.
